Since our master artists hand-paint every portrait with meticulous care, the creation process requires dedicated time:

• Artwork Creation: Typically takes 5 to 8 business days for the initial painting and drying process.
• Digital Preview & Approval: Once the painting is ready, we send a digital preview to your email for your review. Processing time pauses slightly until we receive your approval or feedback.
• Professional Framing & Packing: After approval, solid wood framing and secure double-layer protective packaging take an additional 2 to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We partner with reliable international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and YunExpress) to provide secure global delivery:

• United States, Canada, UK, and Australia: Standard expedited air shipping takes approximately 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the World: 10 to 18 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
• Total Estimated Time: From the day you place your order and provide photos to the day it arrives at your home is typically 14 to 22 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your custom portrait is carefully packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can track your package's journey at any time.
