1. Digital Preview & Modification

Because our products are custom handmade art pieces:

• We provide a digital artwork preview via email before final framing and shipping.
• You have the opportunity to review the portrait and request reasonable adjustments (such as color adjustments or minor detail refinements) to ensure it perfectly captures your pet's soul and expression.
• Once you approve the preview, the artwork moves to final hand-framing and dispatch.

2. Remake & Quality Guarantee

If your portrait arrives damaged during international transit, or if there is a verified major defect in craftsmanship:

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at officialpaycenter@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage or issue.
• We will gladly arrange a free remake and expedited replacement for you. Your peace of mind is our highest priority.

3. Cancellation & Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the personalized nature of custom oil portraits:

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once our artists have started working on your reference photos after 24 hours, cancellations will incur a partial material and labor fee.
• Returns: Because each portrait is custom-made exclusively for your pet and cannot be resold, we do not accept standard returns or offer cash refunds for approved portraits after dispatch, except in cases of transit damage or severe defects as outlined above.
